Please click on the AskMyGP link on the website. There is never a queue online!
AskMyGP is available to use Monday-Friday. The service is turned on at 6.00am and to ensure patients are getting the safest level of care, when our Practitioners have reached capacity the service is turned off for the day. If you have an urgent request for help that cannot wait until the next day, please contact the Reception team who will refer your request to the Duty Practitioner.
Your request goes through to our clinician who will contact you. It is easier to use AskMyGP rather than phoning the surgery, the reception team will be asking you the same questions used on AskMyGP service, however if you do not have access to the internet please ring us.
If you have requested a response by email, please look out for this within your AskMyGP account, NOT within your email inbox.
