Each morning the Surgery offers appointments, that can be booked for the same day. If you consider that your medical condition urgent then tell the receptionist so a same day appointment can be made for you.

For urgent medical conditions outside surgery hours that cannot wait till the next morning please telephone the Surgery:

and listen carefully to the recorded message.
This will enable you to contact the local Emergency Care Centre. You can either get advice from a Doctor by phone or you may need to attend the Emergency Care Centre at Louth County Hospital. If appropriate and after telephone assessment, an Emergency Care Practitioner may visit you at home. In case of an emergency like sudden onset of chest pain or shortness of breath, please dial 999 immediately for an ambulance. However if you need health information or advice NHS Direct, a NHS nurse led advice line is available on 0845 4647.
