Appointment Times

The Surgery is open: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6.30pm, except on Thursday, when the Surgery is open from  8.30am - 8.00pm. Saturday: 8.00am - 10.00am. Sunday: closed.

To book an appointment with either the Doctor or Nurse, please phone Coningsby 344544.

There is no advantage in queuing up at the Surgery early in the morning to get an appointment. We encourage patients to use the telephone system to book an appointment. Urgent problems will be dealt with the same day.

Please note: If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know in good time so that it may be offered to someone else.

Whilst every effort is made to keep appointment times, this is not always possible. There will always be the occasional emergency, which may result in having to wait longer than expected for your appointment. We will always try our best to see you at your booked appointment time.

URGENT CASES TAKE PRIORITY AT ALL TIMES.

You can request an appointment with a particular Doctor although you may be seen sooner if you are willing to accept the first appointment available. Please ask the reception staff for times of individual surgeries which may vary during the week.

Urgent cases can be fitted in on the same day, especially if you telephone as early as possible, but it should be noted that it may not be possible to fit you in with the Doctor of your choice.

EMERGENCIES
In case of an emergency, like central chest pain or severe breathing difficulty you should dial 999 for an urgent ambulance to take you to hospital.
If you suffered an accidental injury you should attend the Accident and Emergency Department at the Pilgrim Hospital in Boston or Lincoln County Hospital.
APPOINTMENTS

This page explains how to book an appointment with your Doctor or your Nurse.
An appointment with your Doctor is normally for 10 minutes. Unless urgent please limit yourself to a single problem. However, if you think you have a more complicated health problem or you have more than one urgent problem or you feel that your problem may take longer, please then ask the receptionist to book you a double appointment.
